These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SiteCrew platform at sitecrew.uk. By creating an account or using SiteCrew, you agree to these Terms.

1. About SiteCrew

SiteCrew is a digital platform that connects construction workers and companies in the United Kingdom. SiteCrew provides tools for profiles, job posts, applications, messaging, and related features. SiteCrew is not an employment agency and does not guarantee hiring outcomes.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Worker accounts

Workers may create profiles, set trade interests, apply to jobs, and communicate with companies. You must not misrepresent qualifications, certifications, right-to-work status, or availability.

4. Company accounts

Companies may post jobs, review applicants, and communicate with workers. Job posts must be lawful, accurate, and related to genuine construction hiring needs. Plan features and billing terms may apply to company subscriptions.

5. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or misleading content.
  • No spam, scraping, or attempts to disrupt platform security.
  • No sharing of another user's personal data without consent.
  • No circumvention of moderation, verification, or access controls.

6. Content and moderation

You retain responsibility for content you submit. SiteCrew may review, remove, or restrict content that breaches platform rules. Automated and manual moderation may apply to posts, messages, and media.

7. Availability and changes

We may update features, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Liability

SiteCrew is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for hiring decisions, employment disputes, site safety, or agreements made directly between workers and companies.
